Overview

Crusoe is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to manage relationships with the investment community and support the capital markets. This role requires experience in sell-side equity research or investor-facing roles within scaled organizations.

Who you are

You have significant experience in investor relations or related fields, ideally with a background in sell-side equity research or capital markets. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage relationships effectively with various stakeholders in the investment community. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at coordinating logistics for investor roadshows and conferences. Your understanding of public company requirements is strong, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of a newly public company.

Desirable

Experience in a dynamic, market-facing environment is a plus, as is a proven track record of supporting capital markets participants. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to prepare materials and follow up effectively after events. Your ability to align internal equity with market data is crucial for success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in managing the ongoing requirements and documentation specific to a newly public company environment. You will coordinate and manage logistics for investor roadshows and conferences, ensuring that all materials are prepared and that follow-ups are conducted post-event. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships across sell-side equity research analysts and the coverage universe, which is essential for maintaining a positive image of the company in the investment community.

You will also be involved in due diligence processes, ensuring that all necessary information is available and accurate for potential investors. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with the SVP of Strategic Capital and Corporate Development, contributing to the overall strategy and execution of the investor relations function. You will play a key role in designing and creating a robust investor relations function that supports the company's growth and objectives.
