Who you are

You have a strong background in customer engagement and training, with experience in technical content creation and community advocacy. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you an effective trainer and advocate for customers. You are passionate about technology and have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, which allows you to provide valuable insights to both customers and the product team.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with customers to understand their needs and feedback. Your proactive approach to customer engagement ensures that users are well-informed about current and new features, helping them maximize their use of Crusoe Cloud. You are also comfortable representing the company at industry events, sharing your expertise and insights with a broader audience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers to provide training on how to effectively use Crusoe Cloud, focusing on both current and new features. You will create high-quality technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and technical guides that highlight Kubernetes architecture and best practices. Additionally, you will script, record, and produce technical "How-To" videos and webinars to enhance customer understanding and engagement.

You will act as a bridge between the customer community and the product team, using your hands-on experience to provide feedback on user experience, documentation, and the product roadmap. Your insights will help shape the direction of Crusoe Cloud, ensuring it meets the needs of its users. You will also represent Crusoe at major industry events, acting as a subject matter expert and advocating for the community.
