Crusoe is hiring a Painter for their 2nd Shift to apply industrial paint finishes to metals and manufactured products. This role requires at least one year of general work experience and offers a full-time position.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of general work experience. While formal training in production painting is a plus, your hands-on experience is what truly matters. You are physically capable of lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling as required by the job. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of achieving the desired aesthetic and protective qualities of the products you paint.
What you'll do
As a Painter at Crusoe, you will be responsible for applying industrial paint finishes to metals or manufactured products. This includes operating a spray painter or other equipment to ensure a high-quality finish. You will also mix paints and other solutions, monitoring the drying process to achieve the desired results. Your role is essential in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and protective qualities of our products, contributing to the overall mission of Crusoe to drive meaningful innovation in sustainable technology.
