Crusoe is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory levels and oversee materials within the ERP system. You'll ensure smooth production operations and maintain inventory accuracy in Arvada, CO.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment — you've successfully managed inventory levels and ensured accuracy in fast-paced settings. Your proficiency with MRP systems allows you to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying discrepancies and performing root cause analysis to prevent future issues. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that production operations run smoothly.
Desirable
Experience with inventory management software and familiarity with industry best practices are a plus. You thrive in environments where you can drive meaningful innovation and make a tangible impact on operations. A background in cloud infrastructure or technology-driven companies would be beneficial, as it aligns with Crusoe's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence.
What you'll do
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels and managing materials within the ERP system. You will oversee finished goods inventories and conduct annual physical inventories to ensure accuracy. Your role is crucial for providing timely access to necessary materials, which directly impacts production operations. You will transact the movement of inventory for multiple projects, ensuring proper documentation is completed and procedures are followed before and after any inventory movement. Additionally, you will conduct cycle counts to control inventory accuracy and minimize variances, identifying discrepancies and performing root cause analysis as needed.
