Overview

Crusoe is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Security and Compliance to drive the product strategy for cloud security capabilities. You'll work with AWS and compliance frameworks to ensure enterprise security requirements are met. This role requires significant experience in product management and security.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in security and compliance domains — you've successfully led product strategies that align with enterprise security requirements and understand the complexities of cloud infrastructure. Your background includes a strong technical foundation, enabling you to communicate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders alike.

You possess a deep understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards — your expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), encryption, and audit logging allows you to build trust and ensure data privacy for customers. You thrive in environments where you can influence product direction and drive meaningful innovation.

You are a strategic thinker who can define and execute long-term visions for security capabilities — your ability to balance fast-paced AI innovation with stringent security requirements makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders — you understand the importance of collaboration in achieving product goals and fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.

Desirable

Experience with AI and inference security is a plus — you understand the nuances of securing AI models and ensuring customer data privacy throughout the model lifecycle. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in cloud environments will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Security and Compliance at Crusoe, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for cloud security capabilities — this includes defining the roadmap for security features such as IAM, VPC networking, and encryption. You will work closely with engineering teams to build foundational capabilities that meet the needs of regulated and large-scale customers.

You will be responsible for developing security guardrails for AI and inference processes — ensuring that customer data is handled securely and that all security measures are in place throughout the model lifecycle. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that security is integrated into every aspect of product development.

You will engage with executive leadership to communicate product vision and progress — your ability to influence and partner with executives will be crucial in driving the security agenda forward. You will also conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points related to security and compliance.

In addition, you will define success metrics for security initiatives and track progress against these goals — your analytical skills will help you assess the effectiveness of security features and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.

What we offer

At Crusoe, you will be part of a mission-driven team focused on aligning the future of computing with climate sustainability — your work will have a tangible impact on how AI and cloud technologies are developed responsibly. We offer a collaborative work environment where innovation is encouraged, and your contributions will be valued.

You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be at the forefront of the AI revolution — our commitment to sustainability means you will be contributing to solutions that benefit both businesses and the environment. We provide competitive compensation and benefits to support your professional growth and well-being.
