What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Product Compliance at Flex, you will lead a team of compliance professionals dedicated to ensuring that all product offerings comply with relevant regulations. You will work closely with product teams to integrate compliance considerations into the product development process, enabling compliant innovation. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, developing compliance policies, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements to various stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies and industry partners, ensuring that Flex is well-positioned to adapt to changes in the regulatory environment. Your strategic insights will help shape the compliance strategy, aligning it with the company's mission to provide flexible rent payment solutions. You will oversee compliance training programs, ensuring that all employees understand their responsibilities regarding compliance and regulatory issues.
