Crusoe is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale construction projects for their Digital Infrastructure segment. You'll oversee complex AI Data Center construction and manage teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. This role requires over 10 years of experience in construction management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission-critical projects, particularly in building hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or complex manufacturing facilities. You have a proven track record of managing and delivering challenging projects on time and within budget, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction best practices and methodologies. Your leadership skills enable you to build and lead teams of construction industry professionals effectively. You are comfortable working with large-scale budgets and have a strong focus on quality standards in project delivery. You are willing to travel as needed, up to 30%, to oversee multiple project sites, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are aligned with organizational goals.

As a Project Executive at Crusoe, you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects that are critical to the company's Digital Infrastructure segment. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive meaningful innovation and make a tangible impact in the construction of AI Data Centers. You will operate as a key leader on some of the largest and most critical projects, setting the pace for responsible and transformative cloud infrastructure.
