Crusoe is hiring a Project Executive to lead large-scale construction projects critical to their Digital Infrastructure segment. You'll oversee complex AI Data Center construction projects and manage large-scale budgets. This role requires over 10 years of experience in construction management.

Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission-critical projects — your expertise includes building hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or very complex manufacturing facilities. You have a proven track record of managing and delivering challenging projects on time and within budget, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction best practices and methodologies.
You are a key leader who thrives in overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously — your leadership skills enable you to build and lead teams of construction industry professionals effectively. You are comfortable working with large-scale budgets and have a strategic mindset that aligns with Crusoe's mission to innovate responsibly in the cloud infrastructure space.
What you'll do
As a Project Executive at Crusoe, you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects critical to the Digital Infrastructure segment. You will ensure the successful delivery of multiple complex projects, focusing on quality, budget, and timelines. Your role will involve traveling as needed (up to 30%) to oversee multiple project sites, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are executed to the highest standards.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to drive meaningful innovation and make a tangible impact on the projects you oversee. Your leadership will be crucial in setting the pace for responsible and transformative cloud infrastructure, aligning with Crusoe's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence.
