What you'll do

As a Senior Project Engineer at Crusoe, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of a high-volume manufacturing facility — this includes directing the layout of the manufacturing floor, overseeing equipment installation, and managing utility infrastructure to scale production effectively. You will own the scope, schedule, and budget for major capital expenditure projects, ensuring that all aspects are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

You will act as the primary technical lead, collaborating closely with design engineering teams to ensure that all installations meet the required specifications and standards. Your role will also involve negotiating with vendors and managing the procurement of equipment, ensuring that all purchases align with the project's budget and timeline. You will oversee Factory/Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) to ensure that all systems are operational and meet the necessary quality standards before going live.

In addition to your project management responsibilities, you will provide expert technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation and ensuring that the facility operates with world-class efficiency, safety, and quality.
