What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Crusoe, you will play a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive managed platform that supports the entire application development lifecycle. You will contribute to fine-tuning systems for large foundation models, implementing features for dataset, model, and experiment management, and ensuring cost-efficient scaling of resources. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining end-to-end training pipelines for Large Language Models, as well as contributing to architectural decisions around training runtimes and orchestration.

You will collaborate with various teams to implement core abstractions and APIs, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of developers and aligns with business objectives.
