What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of Crusoe's managed Slurm offering, ensuring a seamless experience for customers utilizing AI/ML and HPC capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and scaling systems that support advanced workloads across various computing environments, including CPUs and GPUs. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure, enabling customers to run complex applications efficiently.

You will engage in writing and reviewing code, contributing to architectural proposals, and drafting documentation that outlines system designs and operational procedures. Your role will involve evaluating new tools and frameworks, assessing their impact on our operational model, and making recommendations that align with our goals for sustainability and performance.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud services meet customer needs and industry standards. You will also mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support as they navigate their projects and develop their skills.
