Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with experience in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You understand the importance of user-centered design and have a portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex design problems. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that every design element serves a purpose and enhances the overall user experience.

You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, and you are comfortable conducting user research to inform your design decisions. You have experience modernizing outdated workflows and replacing legacy tools, demonstrating your ability to adapt and innovate in fast-paced environments. You are passionate about creating designs that not only look good but also function seamlessly, making the user experience as smooth as possible.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Product, Engineering, and Innovation teams to shape Curri's Route Planner platform. You will be responsible for modernizing outdated workflows and replacing legacy tools, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of large enterprise customers. You will conduct user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform your design decisions and help you create intuitive and reliable user experiences.

You will collaborate with engineers to ensure that your designs are feasible and can be implemented effectively. You will participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, sharing your ideas and receiving feedback from your peers. Your role will involve wearing multiple hats across high-visibility initiatives, allowing you to contribute to various aspects of the design process.
