Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and over 5 years of fullstack development experience — you've designed and developed scalable backend services and intuitive front-end interfaces for complex applications. Your strong fundamentals in computer science, cybersecurity, and networking enable you to tackle challenging problems effectively.

Proficiency in Rust is essential, and familiarity with Go, Java, and C++ will set you apart — you understand the nuances of these languages and can leverage them to build robust applications. Your experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and microservices architecture allows you to create efficient and scalable solutions.

You possess a strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, which helps you manage and optimize data storage effectively — your expertise in real-time data processing and analytics frameworks ensures that you can handle large volumes of security data seamlessly. Familiarity with data pipeline technologies, the ELK stack, and Apache Kafka is crucial for integrating AI-driven analytics capabilities into our systems.

You are also knowledgeable about observability tools like Datadog and Vector, which helps you troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack of our application — your ability to implement robust security measures ensures compliance with industry standards and protects our systems from threats.

What you'll do

As a Senior Rust Engineer at Cybereason, you will design and develop scalable backend services and intuitive front-end interfaces for our platform — your work will empower defenders with the technology needed to combat cyber-attacks effectively. You will implement data ingestion and processing pipelines for large volumes of security data, ensuring that our systems can handle the demands of real-time analytics.

You will integrate AI-driven analytics capabilities into our platform, optimizing system performance and enhancing the user experience — your role will involve developing APIs and integrations with various IT and security tools to create a seamless ecosystem for our users. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues across the full stack of our application, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
