Who you are
You have 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in technology or cybersecurity, where you've successfully led projects from inception to completion. Your background includes a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, equipping you with the knowledge to navigate complex project landscapes. You are proficient in using Jira and Salesforce, having utilized these tools to manage project workflows and stakeholder communications effectively. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to creatively address challenges as they arise. You are fluent in English and possess at least intermediate Japanese, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with strategic objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity sector is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and requirements of the industry. Familiarity with industry best practices and standards will enhance your ability to monitor and measure project performance. You are someone who is not only detail-oriented but also capable of seeing the bigger picture, ensuring that projects exceed industry standards and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead complex projects at Cybereason, managing all aspects from conception to completion. You will develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Regular project updates will be provided to various stakeholders, keeping them informed about strategy, adjustments, and progress. You will utilize industry best practices throughout the project execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Monitoring and measuring project performance will be a key responsibility, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. You will also manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables to ensure smooth collaboration.
