Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, particularly in Health Information System Implementation Projects. Your experience includes managing project teams and ensuring accountability among team members. You are skilled in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You understand the importance of effective communication and are adept at managing project documentation and plans.
You are proactive in managing changes in project scope and are familiar with risk management processes. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate alternative solutions and present well-reasoned recommendations. You are committed to ensuring that project team members comply with relevant procedures and policies, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
What you'll do
As a Project Manager at InterSystems, you will be responsible for providing project planning, management, and oversight for implementation projects. You will define and manage the Project Implementation Document (PID) and produce various project plans, including the Project Implementation Plan, Quality Plan, and Communications Plan. Your role will involve resource planning and management, ensuring that the project team is adequately supported throughout the project lifecycle.
You will represent the needs of the Implementation Team during the pre-sales stage and manage the project budget effectively. Your responsibilities will also include carrying out the management and escalation of risks and issues, ensuring that the project remains on track and within budget. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with organizational objectives.
