Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly in managing systems for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your expertise in Salesforce and its ecosystem allows you to ensure smooth operations and high data quality across GTM functions. You are a strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in IT and Business Operations.
You possess a deep understanding of systems management and optimization, acting as a subject-matter expert for key sales tools. You have experience overseeing user provisioning, permissions, and system access, ensuring compliance with IT and security policies. Your analytical skills enable you to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently, maintaining an exceptional user experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary IT contact for the GTM teams, managing their systems, tools, and access. You will oversee the end-to-end roadmap for key sales tools, rolling out new features and driving ongoing optimization efforts. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting Salesforce objects, workflows, and integrations, ensuring data integrity and effective automation.
You will partner with Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to identify process improvements and automate tasks, measuring productivity impacts and improvements. Your role will be crucial in helping the business scale while maintaining best-in-class systems support. You will collaborate cross-functionally to surface insights from data and enhance system workflows, contributing to the overall success of the GTM operations.
