You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or education sector — you understand how to foster relationships that lead to long-term growth and satisfaction. Your consultative approach allows you to identify customer needs and align them with the solutions D2L offers. You are fluent in Dutch and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are passionate about education and technology, and you thrive in environments where you can make a meaningful impact on customer success.
Desirable
Experience with learning management systems or educational technology is a plus — you understand the challenges and opportunities in modernizing education. Familiarity with data analytics tools can help you drive insights and improvements for your customers. What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at D2L, you will serve as a strategic partner to your customers, guiding them through the effective use of the Brightspace platform. You will lead onboarding processes, ensuring that customers are set up for success from the start. You will conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to provide insights that drive operational efficiency and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
