You are familiar with financial tools such as Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan, and Hyperion, which you have used to model and analyze financial data effectively. Your knowledge of the fintech industry or experience in a high-growth technology company environment gives you a unique perspective on financial drivers and key initiatives. You are detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

As a Financial Analyst at DailyPay, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of our Core Services functions. You will analyze and forecast financial drivers for key Engineering initiatives, including Capitalized Software and Capacity Planning. Your insights will be instrumental in providing strategic decision support for major technology investments and resource allocation for Engineering, Legal, and Finance leadership. You will also support financial budgeting and forecasting for core services and business functions, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals of the company.

You will prepare and conduct in-depth analysis of the Balance Sheet and manage forecasts for Cash & Liquidity, providing key insights for capital management. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that financial planning and analysis activities are aligned with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for modeling and analyzing financial data, which will help inform decision-making processes across the organization.
