You have a strong background in financial analysis, with experience evaluating credit applications and assessing business risks. Your ability to analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, allows you to make informed decisions that impact the company's credit portfolio. You understand the importance of qualitative factors such as industry trends and business model risks, and you can effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Risk, Sales, and Product teams to ensure that credit decisions align with the company's goals. Your judgment and analytical skills enable you to identify the right customers and structures for credit products, contributing to the overall success of the organization. You are detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of financial tools and metrics that drive business growth.
What you'll do
As a Senior Credit Analyst at Parker, you will evaluate business credit applications with exposure limits ranging from $50K to $5M+. Your role involves conducting deep credit assessments, analyzing financial statements, and reviewing bank transaction data to gauge real-time business performance. You will assess qualitative factors, including industry trends and the backgrounds of founders and operators, to make informed credit decisions that align with Parker's mission of empowering independent business owners.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that credit approvals are made with the right structures in place, allowing the company to scale its credit offerings safely. Your insights will help shape the foundation of Parker's credit philosophy and infrastructure, ensuring that the company maintains a high standard of portfolio quality. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of anti-financial crime and KYB controls, enhancing the company's risk management practices.
