What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for CAD Applications at Dandy, you will lead a team of talented 3D software engineers focused on developing cutting-edge design applications for the dental industry. You will be responsible for setting the technical vision and ensuring that your team delivers reliable and scalable tools that meet the needs of clinicians and their teams. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and align your team's efforts with the company's strategic objectives.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will partner with fixed/removable CAD teams and implant stakeholders to ensure that the tools your team develops integrate seamlessly into existing workflows. You will also be involved in high-stakes research projects, guiding your team as they bring innovative solutions to market.
