What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Mark43, you will lead a team of 10-15 engineers in developing and maintaining a suite of public safety software. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks.

You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with your team members to provide feedback, support their professional development, and help them achieve their career goals. You will also be involved in the hiring process, identifying and attracting top talent to join your team. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a collaborative and innovative culture within the engineering department.
