Who you are
You have extensive experience in event management, particularly in executing large-scale conferences and regional events. Your passion lies in creating impactful in-person experiences that drive business outcomes and strengthen brand presence. You are adept at coordinating logistics and managing budgets, ensuring that every event is delivered on time and within budget. Your analytical skills allow you to track event ROI metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize future performance.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering cross-functionally with various teams to amplify events through organic social media, blog posts, and other content initiatives. You are organized and detail-oriented, maintaining and managing event inventory, including materials and signage. Your ability to communicate effectively ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the event planning process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute Dandy's North America enterprise event portfolio, which includes conferences, regional field events, and premium hosted experiences. You will coordinate logistics for the regional events program and manage the event-in-a-box toolkit to enable scalable field event execution. Your responsibilities will include updating budgets, vendor contracts, and timelines to ensure every event is delivered on brand and within budget. You will track event ROI metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize future performance and enhance the overall event strategy.
You will manage the enterprise event content calendar, ensuring that events are effectively promoted through various channels. Your role will involve maintaining and managing event inventory, including materials, signage, and promotional items. You will partner cross-functionally with marketing and other departments to ensure that events align with Dandy's overall business objectives and brand messaging. Your expertise in event management will be crucial in driving pipeline and delivering measurable business outcomes.
