What you'll do

In this role, you will support the planning of field events across North America, ensuring polished booth setups and consistent brand representation. You will coordinate vendor relationships, manage booth materials, and oversee event staffing needs, all while maintaining organized processes that enable reliable execution. You will partner closely with various teams to understand event goals and prepare onsite teams for success.

You will track event performance and assist with ROI reporting, gathering insights that inform future event improvements and investment decisions. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences that resonate with attendees and drive business outcomes.
