What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement high-impact learning experiences that support the Sales Enablement team’s goals. You will collaborate with team members to create engaging eLearning modules and in-person training sessions that equip sales professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include defining learning paths and developing scalable frameworks that guide the learner journey, ensuring that all content aligns with Dandy's mission to modernize the dental industry.

You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and making data-driven decisions to enhance their impact. By gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders, you will continuously refine and improve the learning content to meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
