You are a visionary creative leader with deep experience in developing ad concepts for acquisition marketing on Meta. With a background as a Designer or Creative Strategist, you are hyper-focused on paid media and understand how to thread the needle between performance frameworks, creative testing, and world-building assets. You have a keen eye for design and can dive deep into the pixels, providing tactical feedback on design and video. Your experience in the digital marketing landscape allows you to stay ahead of the newest trends in e-commerce and development, making you a valuable asset to any team.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams. Your entrepreneurial mindset aligns with Darkroom's startup culture, and you are eager to contribute to a vertically integrated digital agency that is pioneering the next generation of consumer-facing brands. Desirable

What you'll do

In your role as a Creative Strategist at Darkroom, you will lead the development of innovative ad concepts that drive user acquisition and brand growth. You will collaborate closely with a team of entrepreneurs and senior digital marketers to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
