You are a seasoned CRM strategist with a strong background in email marketing and customer retention strategies. With at least 5 years of experience in the marketing field, you have a proven track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. Your creativity shines through in your ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, while your technical skills allow you to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
You possess a deep understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation, enabling you to tailor communications that enhance customer experiences. You are adept at using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your analytical mindset helps you interpret campaign performance metrics, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance future marketing efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of email marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer retention and engagement.
