Darkroom is seeking a Managing Director for their Content Studio to lead the Social Creative Studio. You'll drive performance content strategies and oversee creative output. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.

You have a proven track record in leading creative teams and driving performance content strategies — your experience spans over 10 years in the marketing and advertising industry, where you've successfully managed large-scale projects and teams. You understand the nuances of social media and the importance of creating engaging content that resonates with audiences. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, empowering your team to take ownership of their work and deliver exceptional results.

You possess a deep understanding of growth marketing principles and the evolving landscape of digital media — you've navigated the complexities of brand development and performance marketing, ensuring that your strategies align with client goals and market trends. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

You are adept at building relationships with clients and stakeholders — your communication skills enable you to articulate creative visions and strategies effectively, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all parties involved. What you'll do
