Who you are
You have a strong background in event content management, with a proven track record of creating engaging and high-impact session content for corporate events. Your experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment has equipped you with the skills to influence business success through exceptional event experiences. You excel in operational excellence and are adept at analyzing content consumption to develop effective content strategies that align with business priorities.
You are a collaborative partner, working closely with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and other stakeholders to support event goals. Your ability to facilitate stakeholder input and summarize product information allows you to deliver comprehensive roadmaps for session content. You are passionate about leading the community to gather state-of-the-art content submissions and building a strong agenda that resonates with attendees.
What you'll do
As the Senior Event Content Manager at Databricks, you will drive the strategy and delivery of high-quality session content experiences for corporate events, including the Data + AI Summit. You will analyze content consumption and conversion to business, ensuring that the content meets attendees' educational needs while supporting Databricks's priorities. Your role will involve overseeing all content operations, including managing the call for presentations, track organization, speaker/session selection, and scheduling. You will collaborate with internal reviewers and the Developer Relations team to build a strong community content agenda, ensuring that all content aligns with the event's goals and objectives.
