What you'll do

As a Field Engineering Manager at Databricks, you will lead a team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers in Italy — your role will involve hiring, mentoring, and fostering a motivated collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team. You will support your team in enhancing their effectiveness and ensure they embody and promote Databricks' customer-obsessed and diverse culture.

You will engage with key customer executives to build and strengthen strategic partnerships, ensuring close alignment with partners and internal services to secure implementation strategies within accounts. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue through the right approach and coaching sales and pre-sales teams to work together effectively.
