What you'll do

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Databricks, you will be a key finance partner to the G&A organizations, providing financial insights and analysis to drive business growth. You will prepare and own budget vs. actual variance analysis, ensuring that the organization remains on track with its financial goals. Your role will involve building and maintaining financial models that track functional costs and their impact on the company's overall performance. You will collaborate closely with the Accounting team on accruals and other elements of the close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will assist with and manage frequent ad hoc requests and strategic projects, providing valuable support to senior leaders in their decision-making processes. Your contributions will play a critical role in the company's long-range strategic planning efforts, helping to shape the financial direction of the organization.
