Who you are
You have a strong background in finance, ideally coming from an Investment Banking or Private Equity environment — your exceptional financial modeling capabilities enable you to drive sustainable impact across the organization. You are a trusted advisor to key business leaders, delivering insightful reporting and analysis that guides critical business decisions. Your experience in revenue planning and forecasting equips you to handle the complexities of financial planning processes effectively.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various functions within the business, including the executive suite — your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly makes you a valuable partner to division leaders. You are detail-oriented and analytical, with a knack for identifying trends and providing actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive and execute the development of the annual plan, quarterly forecast, and the close process — your expertise in forecasting and budgeting will be crucial as you partner with the Provider Services division to enhance financial performance. You will be responsible for delivering key recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring that business leaders have the information they need to make informed decisions.
You will also play a key role in improving financial planning processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance reporting accuracy. Your insights will help shape the financial strategy of the organization, making you an integral part of the company's growth journey.

AppDirect offers a competitive salary range of $132,800—$164,000 USD, along with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
