You have extensive experience in leading AI/ML teams, with a proven track record of delivering professional services engagements that help customers build and productionize innovative AI applications. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and growth, allowing you to recruit and develop top talent in data science and machine learning engineering. You are comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor during complex technical engagements and AI transformations.
You possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications, particularly in the context of generative AI. Your strategic mindset enables you to align with product, research, and engineering teams to shape long-term priorities and initiatives. You are willing to travel extensively within the APJ region to support customer engagements and foster relationships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and scale a world-class AI/ML professional services team, focusing on hiring, mentoring, and building a team structure that supports long-term growth and execution at scale. You will develop and expand executive relationships with APJ customers and partners, including VP+ and CIO/CDO-level stakeholders, ensuring that you act as a trusted advisor during complex technical engagements.
You will align with Field Engineering and Sales Leaders to define joint strategies for strategic accounts, ensuring strong delivery coordination across functions. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of key APJ accounts, driving customer success, and pushing the boundaries of Databricks' AI products. You will also be instrumental in shaping the future of AI applications in the region, leveraging your expertise to guide customers through their AI/ML transformation journeys.
