You have a strong background in incident management, with experience leading critical incidents and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. Your operational leadership skills are complemented by a deep understanding of technical systems, allowing you to effectively manage incidents and drive continuous improvement. You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to provide clear and timely updates to customers, executives, and engineers during high-pressure situations. Desirable

What you'll do
