What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the Sophos Incident Response team, ensuring that they are equipped to handle various cybersecurity incidents effectively. You will conduct training, exercises, and workshops to enhance the team's capabilities and readiness. Your responsibilities will include developing incident response strategies and collaborating with other teams to improve overall security posture. You will also be on call to provide primary and support assistance during incidents, ensuring that the organization is prepared to respond to any threats.
