You possess excellent analytical skills and can gather and summarize large datasets to drive executive decision-making. Your ability to present complex financial insights in a clear and understandable manner will be key to your success in this role.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to solve complex problems β you thrive in environments where you can connect with senior leaders and learn from their experiences. Your creativity in finding solutions for data challenges will help enhance the reporting foundation at Databricks. You are comfortable using tools to implement dashboards that provide visibility into key operating metrics.
What you'll do
As an MBA Intern in Strategic Finance, you will work on impactful projects that drive insights across Databricks. You will develop and enhance the data and reporting foundation, implementing cutting-edge dashboards and tools that improve business performance. Your work will involve presenting findings to senior leadership within Finance, Sales, and Product, highlighting key trends and translating financial insights into actionable decisions.
You will collaborate with team members to solve complex problems analytically, gathering and summarizing large datasets to support efficient executive decision-making. Throughout your internship, you will be mentored by a dedicated sponsor, providing you with the opportunity to connect with senior leaders across the organization and gain valuable insights into the finance function at Databricks.
