You are pursuing an MBA and have a keen interest in technical program management. You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex technical trade-offs and dependencies. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can translate vague customer needs into clear technical requirements. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
Desirable
Experience in project management or technical roles is a plus. Familiarity with data and AI infrastructure platforms will help you understand the context of your work better. You are data-driven and have a knack for identifying bottlenecks in processes, aiming to improve team velocity and transparency.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Management Intern at Databricks, you will lead the delivery of high-visibility features, ensuring that engineering milestones, product requirements, and business deadlines are perfectly synchronized. You will navigate the lifecycle of a program from initial scoping and requirement gathering to final launch and post-launch optimization. Your role will involve designing and implementing processes that allow teams to move quickly without compromising on quality.
