What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Compute Infrastructure at Databricks, you will own and evolve the compute platform that supports all workloads, enabling engineers to build world-class products with high velocity. You will lead a team responsible for critical components of the platform, ensuring it operates efficiently and reliably across multiple cloud environments. Your role will involve hiring exceptional engineers and investing in their growth through coaching, feedback, and career development.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance the performance and scalability of the platform.
