What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for IAM at Databricks, you will lead a high-performing engineering team focused on building and scaling authentication, authorization, and identity management solutions at cloud scale. You will define and drive the strategy for IAM systems, ensuring that user identity and access control frameworks are robust and scalable.
