Your expertise in Python and SQL allows you to design and implement automated ML and NLP pipelines effectively. You hold a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, showcasing your commitment to advancing AI/ML-powered products. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive technology-first initiatives that enable novel business strategies. Your experience includes building robust frameworks for evaluating search ranking improvements, both offline and online, ensuring high-quality user experiences. You are passionate about enhancing search quality and improving query understanding, contributing to the seamless search experience for Databricks' customers.

What you'll do
