You have experience working closely with nonprofits, universities, and public-interest organizations, and you are skilled at building programs that apply data and AI to real-world challenges.
You possess a strategic mindset and are adept at defining and executing a vision for social impact initiatives. Your ability to articulate the significance of the impact created by these initiatives is key to your success. You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring that programs deliver lasting results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own Databricksβ social impact initiative, Databricks for Good, from inception to execution. You will design and scale programs that leverage data and AI to tackle pressing global issues, such as advancing education and improving health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include program design and management, storytelling, and collaborating with various teams within Databricks and external partners.
You will build and lead Databricks for Good, defining its mission, success metrics, execution strategy, and long-term vision. You will run high-impact programs, including social impact partnerships and hackathons, while ensuring that the initiatives align with Databricks' overall mission. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping how Databricks engages with the world through meaningful impact.
