You have a strong background in finance operations and project management, with a focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A). You excel at driving organizational transformation and operational efficiency, ensuring that programs align with the strategic goals of the finance organization. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, People, Engineering, and Product, to optimize processes and enhance communication across departments.

You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to interface effectively with senior leadership and ensure transparency in program management. Your ability to set objectives and key results (OKRs) will be crucial in driving the success of various initiatives within the CFO organization. You are passionate about fostering collaboration and innovation, and you thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Desirable

Experience in managing finance-related projects and programs is a plus, as is familiarity with process optimization methodologies. You may also have a background in technology or operations, which will help you navigate the complexities of cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Finance PMO and Operations team, driving key programs that enhance operational efficiency across the finance organization. You will develop and implement transformation roadmaps, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall strategy of the CFO organization. Your role will involve setting and communicating organizational standards, optimizing processes, and leading programs that improve reporting and metrics.

You will collaborate closely with various FP&A teams, including Corporate, GTM, and Product, to ensure that their needs are met and that they have the necessary support to achieve their objectives. Your ability to plan and execute effectively will be key to removing friction for the finance team and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
