Your experience includes working closely with customers and partners to identify emerging trends and needs within the Energy sector. You possess strong strategic thinking skills and are adept at building relationships across various functions, including sales and marketing.

Your ability to create compelling messaging and content is complemented by your expertise in go-to-market strategies tailored for the Energy sector. You understand the nuances of engaging different personas, from practitioners to decision-makers, ensuring that your marketing efforts resonate with the target audience. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, eager to contribute to the success of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Industry and Solutions marketing team for the Energy vertical at Databricks. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute marketing strategies that bridge the gap between technology and business needs. You will guide the creation of messaging, content, and go-to-market programs that effectively communicate the value of Databricks' platform capabilities to Energy companies in Power & Utilities and Oil & Gas.

You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customers to build awareness and generate demand for Databricks' solutions. This includes creating thought leadership content such as editorials, blogs, and white papers, as well as organizing industry and partner events. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with pipeline goals and overall business objectives.
