Who you are
You have a proven record in product marketing, particularly with technical products, and a strong understanding of Data & AI platform offerings. Your experience includes creating messaging and positioning targeted at the enterprise market, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
You excel at building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and field teams. Your ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner makes you a subject matter expert in database marketing, particularly in the context of Postgres-backed transactional workflows.
You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in guiding marketing strategies. Your experience in driving awareness and adoption of technical products will be crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Lakebase.
Desirable
Experience in database marketing and familiarity with application development processes will set you apart. A background in working with data-native applications and transactional data will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the messaging for Lakebase, ensuring that it resonates with application developers and database owners. You will guide the content and GTM strategy across all aspects of database marketing, collaborating closely with sales, partner, and marketing teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of Lakebase. This includes creating compelling content that showcases how Lakebase integrates transactional data, analytics, and AI on a single platform.
Your role will involve conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the database marketing landscape. You will leverage this information to refine messaging and positioning, ensuring that it aligns with customer needs and market demands.
