Who you are
You have a strong background in data engineering and data science, with experience in cloud technologies — you've successfully led projects that integrate complex systems and provide valuable insights to clients. Your excellent customer service skills enable you to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
You are adept at building reference architectures and production-grade MVPs, guiding strategic customers through their big data transformations — your ability to consult on architecture and design ensures that projects are executed smoothly and meet client expectations. You thrive in environments where you can provide escalated support for operational issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve challenges.
What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will engage with clients on short to medium-term projects, addressing their big data challenges using the Databricks platform. You will be responsible for integrating client systems and providing training to ensure they derive maximum value from their data. Your role will involve consulting on architecture and design, as well as implementing strategic customer projects that lead to successful adoption of Databricks solutions.
You will collaborate with the Databricks technical team, project managers, and customer teams to ensure that all technical components of engagements are delivered effectively. Your expertise will guide clients through the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications, ensuring that they are equipped to tackle their data challenges head-on.
