What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Field Engineering for Healthcare & Life Sciences, taking on the responsibility of leading a team of Solutions Architects. Your primary focus will be on team leadership, where you will hire, train, and nurture your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. You will develop and execute strategies that drive the growth and success of the Solutions Architect team, ensuring they are well-equipped to tackle complex sales cycles.

You will collaborate strategically with the sales organization, guiding your team in qualifying use cases and demonstrating the technical capabilities of Databricks' solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving technical wins, as you will oversee the implementation of cutting-edge solutions in enterprise software, big data/analytics, and data science. You will also play a key role in ensuring that your team excels in technical qualifications, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, and implementation plans.
