What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of Solutions Architects who are capable of guiding digital native customers through a variety of data and analytical challenges. You will lead your team in establishing best practices throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring that they are equipped to technically qualify workloads and identify key use cases. Your leadership will be crucial in helping your team build proof of concepts and establish themselves as trusted advisors to customers. You will collaborate closely with sales, services, product, and engineering teams to drive solutions that meet the needs of highly technical customers. Additionally, you will represent Databricks as a technical leader, engaging with some of the most important customers in the industry. Your role will involve travel to customer sites for executive sessions and technical workshops, further solidifying relationships and understanding customer requirements.
