Who you are
You have a proven track record in pre-sales roles, ideally with 5+ years of experience in technical account management and value selling. Your background in leading technical strategies for large enterprises has equipped you with the skills to help clients become more data-driven. You understand the relevance and application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence across various use cases, particularly in the High Tech and Manufacturing sectors. You excel at building relationships and establishing virtual teams, guiding them to success while gaining the respect of your peers through your insights and contributions. You are passionate about mentoring others and fostering a culture of technical excellence within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the main technical voice for Databricks, working closely with Enterprise Account Executives to define and direct the technical strategy for key accounts. You will lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks solutions as part of their overarching strategy. Your responsibilities will include implementing technical strategies tailored to each account, building a movement of technical champions, and aligning strategies around Databricks products. You will also collaborate with hands-on resources to build proofs of concept and demonstrate the value of our solutions. Your role will involve structured mentorship for team members, ensuring that everyone is equipped to contribute effectively to our clients' success.
