Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience working with large enterprises, particularly in the Retail and CPG sectors, where you've successfully driven data-driven transformations. Your background in pre-sales and technical account management has equipped you with the skills to define and direct technical strategies that align with customer needs. You understand the relevance and application of machine learning and artificial intelligence across various use cases, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of Databricks' solutions to clients.
Your technical expertise in big data and cloud technologies is complemented by your ability to engage with clients and build strong relationships. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with account executives and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your experience in value selling has honed your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the main technical voice for Databricks, working with 1-5 key clients to implement technical strategies that drive the adoption of our products. You will lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and integrate Databricks into their overall strategy. Your responsibilities will include aligning technical strategies around Databricks solutions and building a movement of technical champions within each account.
You will also provide structured mentorship for other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and growth. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable technical strategies will be crucial in maximizing success in these accounts. You will collaborate with hands-on resources to build proofs of concept and demonstrate the capabilities of Databricks' products, ensuring that clients see the tangible benefits of our solutions.
