You have over 5 years of experience working with large enterprises in the Retail and CPG sectors, helping them become more data-driven. Your background in pre-sales and technical account management has equipped you with the skills to define and direct technical strategies effectively. You understand the relevance and application of Machine Learning and AI across various use cases, which is crucial for guiding clients on their transformational journeys.
Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your technical expertise in big data and cloud technologies. You are comfortable working alongside Account Executives to maximize success in key accounts, ensuring that clients fully adopt Databricks' solutions. You have a knack for value selling and can articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with stakeholders.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring team members, sharing your knowledge to foster a culture of learning and growth. Your leadership skills enable you to align technical strategies with business objectives, creating a movement of technical champions within client organizations.

What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the main technical voice for Databricks, working closely with 1-5 clients to implement tailored technical strategies. You will lead clients on their journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their overall strategy, ensuring they realize the full potential of our products. Your responsibilities will include defining technical strategies, aligning them with client needs, and providing structured mentorship to other team members.
You will collaborate with hands-on resources to build proofs of concept and demonstrate the capabilities of Databricks' products. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for deeper product adoption and driving initiatives that lead to widespread use of our solutions. You will be instrumental in helping clients understand the value of Machine Learning and AI, guiding them through the complexities of implementation and usage.
