What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of processes that operationalize Databricks' corporate strategy. You will drive cross-functional alignment to scale the business for continued hyper-growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities and driving outcomes that contribute to the growth of Databricks. You will frame and prioritize opportunities by testing assumptions and aligning stakeholders on target-state outcomes. You will design end-to-end scalable operations that weave together process design, operating model definition, and automation to optimize results. Additionally, you will translate strategy into action through pilots and prototypes, rapidly testing hypotheses and iterating based on feedback and measurable results.
